Several facades have been thermally-insulated and redesigned. Also, some historical “sgraffiti” (technique for decorating wall surfaces) was restored, clearly demonstrating the history of the local area. A loft conversion and subsidized renovations of houses and apartments with newly built balconies provide more individual space and generates greater satisfaction levels in the community. Mollardplatzl has been transformed into an urban recreation area. All people in the district can benefit from this recreation area.
