The development of new residential areas will affect many people over many decades. They determine the living environment of all who live and work there. Today, district development is no longer defined only by planners and investors - local people and local institutions are also involved at an early stage.
The GB * (Urban Renewal Office) is an effective instrument of urban district development, which accompanies developments in newly emerging districts.
The GB * have been active in the Nordbahnviertel (2nd district), Sonnwendviertel (10th district) and the Aspanggründe / Eurogate area (3rd district) since 2012. From 2018, district management will also be extended to areas in the 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd districts.
