A multi-phase development through to 2028 will see the creation of high-quality housing for over 20,000 people and, eventually, an equal number of workplaces. Dwellings and something for everyone
Young couples, large families, students and people of all ages – Seestadt has housing for every taste. All Seestadt dwellings have one thing in common: premium quality of life in a relaxed environment, which is reflected in aspects such as private balconies, terraces or gardens. Over 6,000 people now live at Aspern Seestadt. Virtually all the completed flats have already been spoken for and occupied. However, because Seestadt is growing, new homes are constantly being built – from student accommodation to family apartments and luxury flats – subsidized and privately-financed. New dwellings are currently being built in the Lakeside Park Quarter, which will soon boast 750 new apartments – many overlooking green spaces and with views of the centrally located lake.
